Deborah Troy, DDS
Dr. Debbie (as the doctors are referred to) received her dental degree from Columbia University‘s College of Dental Medicine, and completed her specialty training at Schneider’s Children’s Hospital at Long Island Jewish Medical Center (LIJMC). She was appointed Chief Resident during her last year of training, and received her specialty certificate in Pediatric Dentistry in 1991. Dr Debbie has also completed a one-year general practice residency program at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. She is a Voluntary Attending at Cohen Children’s Medical Center at LIJMC-NSMC, and continues to teach the pediatric dental residents in the clinic at the hospital. Dr Debbie was awarded “Attending of the Year” in 2009 by the residents at Cohen Children’s Medical Center for her outstanding guidance and support. Debbie is a long-standing member of the American Dental Association, as well as the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Her practice has been an integral part of the community for over twenty years, serving not only areas within Westchester County, but also Connecticut. She and her staff lecture for fellow colleagues, residents and pediatricians, as well as visiting schools throughout the area to increase dental awareness. Dr Debbie has been named a “Top Dentist” in the Westchester Magazine since it began recognizing exceptional pediatric dentists in 2009. Dr Debbie is a long-time resident of Rye, involved in many community services throughout the area and surrounding neighborhoods. Annually, Dr Debbie offers her services to the Headstart Programs in the area, to those children unable to receive proper dental care. Currently, she is enjoying raising her three children, Andrew, Tyler and Madison, with her husband Andrew.
Frank Ferrara, DMD
Dr. Frank is a diplomat of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, earning his board certification in 2012. He received his dental degree from the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in 2009. Upon receiving his DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree, Dr. Frank completed his specialty training at Cohen Children's Medical Center (formerly Schneider's Children's Hospital) at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, where he served as a Chief Resident in his final year. Dr. Frank also served a one year term on the New Jersey Dental Association Board of Trustees, and holds a faculty appointment at the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in the Pediatric Dentistry department. Dr. Frank has been involved in many community oriented service projects, notably volunteering his time with the Indian Health Service in Polacca, AZ and his work with the special needs children and adults.
Charles Yau, DDS
Dr. Charles was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. As the oldest with four younger sisters, Dr. Charles loved growing up with a large family. After completing his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, he received his dental degree from Columbia University's College of Dental Medicine. Lastly, Dr. Charles completed his specialty training in pediatric dentistry at Cohen Children's Medical Center where he served as Chief Resident his last year. Some of his professional associations include: The American Dental Association, The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry where Dr. Charles is a board certified diplomate. His hobbies include trying to fix his car, maintaining his saltwater aquarium, and spending time with his family.
Joseph DeBiase, DDS
Dr. Joseph is a native of Westchester County, where he grew up in a big family as one of eight boys. After receiving his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University, he made his way to Stony Brook University to study Dental Medicine. While at Stony Brook, Dr. Joseph focused his efforts on Pediatric Dentistry, taking the Advance Selective in Pediatric Dentistry. For his distinguished work he was awarded the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Pre-Doctoral Student award for outstanding achievement in the field of Pediatric Dentistry. After receiving his DDS, Dr. DeBiase went on to perform his specialty training at Cohen Children's Medical Center where he was awarded Resident of the year in 2011, and served as Chief Resident in his final year. For Dr. Joseph, Dentistry has opened up the door to travel the globe, serving on two separate medical missions to Chile and Ecuador to provide dental care for impoverished, underprivileged children. A member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association and American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. DeBiase is looking forward to giving back to the community he grew up in.

Martin Boorin, DMD, Dental Anesthesiologist
Dr Boorin is a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology, as well as the American Board of OroFacial Pain. He has been an Attending Dental Anesthesiologist at LIJMC/NSMC since 1988, and is specifically disciplined in providing sedation and/or general anesthesia care in a variety of clinical settings including hospital operating rooms, outpatient surgical centers, and dental offices. Martin also holds the position of Assistant Clinical Professor at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, School of Dental Medicine. Dr Boorin is committed to maintain the highest standards of individual care, safety, and comfort for each patient he treats. "Our goal", he says, "is to provide quality anesthetic care for our patients, relieve anxiety or discomfort, and provide a fully positive experience during and after dental treatment."
